Raymond who formerly was in the f&b industry as chef stepped into Singapore with his vision to have his own hainanese cuisine restaurant, in year 2011 established his very first “Nanyang Hainamko Chicken Rice” kopitiam along Jalan Bendahara, Malacca serving traditional hainanese cuisine menus. Subsequent to the great response from local regulars and visitors enabled him to expose another outlet in year 2014 at Taman Malim Jaya, Malacca.
