Chinese & Seafood Cuisine been years frequently practised around in Malaysia, there is an authentic famous “Prawn Cheese Noodles” found in the historic city Malacca carried by the local originated Mr. Lee Tien Liang who born year 1975 in Malacca, was the founder and initial owner of the well known “Restoran Tong Sheng”, running together with his lovely wife Ms. Tan Mei Yoke (born 1978) introducing their chinese and seafood cuisine menu to the public.

Lee Tien Liang or Ah Liang who with his age of 39 years old recently, touched the food industry since year 1988 at his age of 13 years old as part-timer.  With the great interest in eatery and chefing allowed him to stepped into the career in year 1994 at his 19 of age began his explosure in the industry helping in the “Fat Lee” seafood and chinese cuisine restaurant at Ayer Keroh, Malacca which owned by father and uncle, been recruited as kitchen trainee.

Ah Liang who spent his 14 years exposed and experienced in the industry, from a kitchen trainee to Chef enabled him to established his very first and owned chinese and seafood restaurant in year 2008 at his age of 33 years old named “Restoran Tong Sheng” at Taman Melaka Raya, with assisted by wife presenting their home recipe selections.

In this restaurant, the founder’s top recommended in menu surely will be their 1st signature Prawn Cheese Noodle.  Prepared using their home soup base which boiled hours with pork bones and soy beans, cooked with deep fried rice noodle then poured into cheese then served top with fresh local wild river prawn brings the best exotic dish you must try when reached Malacca, also the top selling in the retaurant being most wanted by their regulars.

Secondly will be their Signature Fresh Milk Crab.  Imported crabs from Indonesia with weight of about 600-700grams used stir with ideal fresh milk, garlic, chilli and onion brings the sour, sweet and spicy taste you never regret after tasted.  Another will be their Sweet Vinegar Gui Hua Fish, which local fresh red fish being prepared in boneless then deep fried after marinated with spices then served poured onto their home made sauce recipe made of sugar, sweet vinegar and spices taste sweet, sour and slight spicy.  Also among the top recommended in menus.

Moreover, the King Of Fish Maw also one of the top selling in the restaurant.  Selected fish maw stewed fried with their in-house ‘King Sauce’ from Ah Liang’s secret recipes then mixed into fresh crab meat and sided with vegetables presenting a top class dish you cannot missed when stepped into the “Restoran Tong Sheng” in Malacca.

Nonetheless, their Fried Fresh Squid with Garlic also among the signature most wanted.  Fresh squid marinated with 5 home recipe ingredients, deep fried then fry with garlic shredded then served in cutted pieces taken tipping onto their home made salad sauce brings the best eatery in town.  Their famous cheese base steamboat also one of the reason make public queue up in front of the restaurant.
