Ms. Lee Kwai Lan who at her age of 54 years old currently, been all the while grown-up in a f&b family that running their Ice-Cream Potong career in Ipoh town, made Kwai Lan since teenage having great interest in eatery then initially stepped into the industry in 1980s running her Hainanese Chicken Rice stall for more than 10 years in hometown before reached United States (US) to sharpen her experiences in the field stayed about 5 years there.

After returned to home country (Ipoh, Perak), Kwai Lan who always with her vision to have her very own eating house and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry, added also experiences hold in the field allowed her in year 2007 successfully established her first Snow Beer & Seafood Cuisine eating house officially named “Maysin Restaurant” in Ipoh oldtown along Jalan Tun Sambanthan introducing all their famous signature food & beverage selections to the market. Later in year 2012, also being fully assisted by son Ching Sum (Ah Boy) who is the restaurant’s chef currently.
