The founder cum owner Mr. Andrew Chang who at his age of 58 years old currently, stayed more than 30 years in Construction Industry, all the while having great interest in eatery & chefing. Been touched the f&b industry at his 10th of age worked as a part-timer in beef noodles and economic rice field allowed him basically experienced the career, also being touched the chinese herbals field previously.

While after retirement, with Andrew’s vision to have his very own eating house and with the experiences hold on him (herbals knowledge), added with supports from wife Shirley Yap (who was a Marketing Personnel), also foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry enabled them in year 2018 successfully established their very first owned eating house named “Hua Ji Bak Kut Teh” at S2 Height, Seremban introducing Andrew’s homemade Teochew’s herbal pork soup and other eateries selection to the locals in manner.

In Hua Ji Bak Kut Teh, the founder Andrew’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their “Signature Claypot Bak Kut Teh” which most wanted by the regulars on Teochew style. Soup base boiled at least 2 hours with combination of 7 chinese herbals mixture and pork offals such pork rib, pork belly, trotter, tail, knuckle, small & big bones, intestine and pork tripe (stomach), then served boiled in claypot topped with veges, dried beancurd sheet and needle mushroom (on customer’s request) will brings a wonderful pot of their Teochew’s bak kut teh eatery that you must try when reached Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Secondly will be their famous “Black Vinegar Pig’s Trotter”, which among the restaurant’s daily top seller favourite by the visitors recently. Local fresh pork trotter selected, braised 2 hours mixed with matured ginger, garlic, quality black vinegar, rock sugar & dried chilli, then finally served hot in bowl will brings excellent sweet, sour and fair spicy taste into mouth that neither found the same elsewhere in town. And also the natural pork’s collagen from the long hours braised which you cannot aside here.

Mixtures of fine sliced pork belly & lean meat, 15 minutes stir-fried in claypot with chilli, ginger shredded, onion, dried chilli and black soya sauce, then served boiled & topped with chopped spring onions will brings unbelievable exotic wok/pot-fried taste with sweet and spicy spices that you never regret after tasted here.

Nonetheless, the owners Andrew and Shirley also taken this opportunity to introduce their well known “Seafood Bak Kut Teh” which neither found better in town.
