The Seremban local originated Mr. Tham Chun Fei (born 1984), who leading the team, together with his partners Mr. Jaysen Phoon Chan Seng (born 1984), Mr. Chech Kong Loong (born 1984) and Mr. Chin Woon Fei (born 1978) all are the founders and immediate owners of this best recognised Chinese Cuisine eating house “Restoran Da Jia Mei” along Jalan Tuanku Antah, Seremban presenting all their Chef’s home recipe signature menus to the public under a roof.

Tham Chun Fei, also the restaurant’s Main Chef, who at his age of only 34 years old currently. Initially touched the f&b industry in year 2003 at his 18th of age reached Singapore began as a waiter (on mother’s encouragement), then fully stepped into the field after a year recruited himself into the career started as kitchen trainee there, where Chun Fei spent more than 5 years experienced in the field and being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 25th of age.

Chun Fei who all the while realised his great interest in eatery & chefing, experiences hold in the field and foreseeing the market opportunity in f&b industry. Added with his vision to have his very own eating house enabled him in year 2018 bodied-up with his best friends Jaysen Phoon, Kong Loong and Woon Fei then successfully established their very first and owned chinese cuisine eating place officially named the “Restoran Da Jia Mei” at Rahang, Seremban serving most of their best choices to the locals. Also being assisted by Jaysen’s wife and Chun Fei’s wife (Choo Set Yen, Perak born) from the beginning.

In this Da Jia Mei eating house, the Chef’s first top best recommended in menus will be their “Signature Rojak Chicken” which totally prepared in-house most wanted by the regulars. Chicken drumstick selected and prepared in boneless, floured-up then followed by deep fried, finally served in cutted pieces topped onto their in-house homemade rojak sauce paste (made from Chef’s 5 ingredients mixture) will brings crispy bites chicken eatery and delicious sweet & spicy taste into mouth that you must try when reached Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Neither found the same or even better elsewhere in town, especially the home recipe rojak paste’s exotic taste itself taken matching with the deep fried chicken.

Secondly will be their owner cum Chef Fei’s best choice, their “Japanese Style Pork Ribs” which also among the restaurant’s daily top seller recently favourite by the visitors. Local fresh pork ribs selected, smashed and marinated hours on their more than 10 seasoning recipes mixture, then floured-up followed by deep fried, finally served after seconds wok-stired with Chef’s home-mixed Japanese sauce gravy & onions shredded will brings wonderful sweet and amazing wok taste that you will never regret after tasted here. Especially the pork meat’s bites texture into mouth that you cannot aside.

Nonetheless, they also introduced their famous “Steamed Fish Head with Soybean Sauce” which best recommended among fish selections.
