The founder cum owner Madam Teh Yoke Keng or known Sister Keng, who at her age of 57 years old currently, all the while having great interest in eatery & baking initially began to touch the f&b industry at her 14th of age helping mother in their home-based bakery/confectionery where she experienced the field. Then in year 1985, Sister Keng started her very homemade roasted bun (Siew Pow) supplies in town. Later-on fully stepped into the career at her 27th of age in year 1988 successfully established her very first owned baking production & confectionery retail named “Asia Catering & Confectionery” at Jalan Seng Meng Lee, Seremban. Also firstly & fully assisted by her eldest daughter Loke Mun Yee at her 18th of age in beginning of millenium year, as the 2nd generation.
In this well known Asia Siew Pow, the founder Sister Keng’s very first top recommended among their selections surely will be their daily fresh baked Signature “Asia Siew Pow”(Roasted Bun) which served in pork fillings (or Chicken fillings) most wanted all the while by the visitors. Fillings prepared from the mixtures of pork, green bean, onion & their home-mixed recipe sauce (from 5 ingredients mixture) braised then fried-cooked, filled into their handmade rubbed flour, finally served after in-house baked for about 45 minutes will brings excellent bites crunchy texture and crumble topping with exotic salty & sweet tasty into mouth that you must try when reached Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
