STEAMBOAT WITH MORE THAN 10 SOUP BASE
Mr. Roy Wang Chee Yong who is the founder and the immediate owner of the famous “Restoran A.S Wang” seafood steamboat initially established 7 years ago in the year 2005 at Taman Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Later on Mr. Kid Chai Tuck Chung and Mr. Nick Lim Leck Wee have joined into the management and too recently also the owners of the seafood steamboat restaurant.
Mr. Roy who have great interest in eatery stepped into the food industry since his age of 19 years old in a chinese cuisine restaurant at the New Canon Street, United State in the year of 1990. After years he joined a Leisure Entertainment Bistro in Kuala Lumpur as supervisor afterwards managerial after returned to home country Malaysia to further explore his experience in the industry. In order to expose another interest, he too practiced as a hair stylist before he established his very 1st own seafood steamboat restaurant in the year 2005. Later on Mr. Kid and Mr. Nick who formerly the managerial in the restaurant joined the management ownership with Roy. In order to further explore their career, they will frequently fly over to Hong Kong and Taiwan to do their market surveying and taste the steamboat abroad and bring back those new soup base recipe and to further categorize their food choices.
The unbelieveable in this steamboat restaurant will the the soup base choices, they have recently about 13 types of soup base for their customers to choose on. Among the most recommended are Hot Tom Yam soup which slight spicy and sour, Herbal soup base which boiled more than 5 hours using more than 5 chinese herbals mixed with fresh chicken, Seaweed & Wine soup which one of the top selling in the restaurant and the latest and also can missed is their Macau Pork Ribs soup which boiled more than 5 hours mixed with white carrot, red carrot, sweet corns and fresh big bones to bring the excellent taste in clear, spicy or seaweed choices. Other choices will be Hot Sechuan soup, Porridge, Clear soup, Tomato with Pickled Vege & Tau Foo soup, Fish soup, Egg & Celevy soup and Salted Vege & Tomato soup.
At their side orded cooked selection, their Thai Style Fried Tau Foo will be one of the top selling and wanted by the regular customers. Deep fried fresh white tau foo topped with their own thai sweet and sour sauce will be the perfect match. Another, the Deep Fried Curry Chicken Wing is the cannot missed side order by most visitors. In appertizer corner, they served their famous Salad Wantan made of fresh prawn and minced meat free of charge. The last but not least, their very own home made chilli recipe also the great attraction to the locals.
