Ng Sa Fah, who famously known as Ah Miao all the while having great interest in eatery & chefing, also currently the restaurant’s Main Chef initially stepped into the f&b industry at his only 13 years old been recruited into the career introduced by elder brother who was in the field at hometown Seremban, began as a kitchen trainee. And later at his twenties of age being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef, also been reached Johor, Selangor etc to strengthen his experience in the career. Then finally reached Port Dickson continued his journey in year 1992.

In order to further his exposure in the field, with experiences hold and vision to have his very own restaurant. Added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry and wishing to introduce more of his signature home recipe selections to the market allowed Ah Miao (Ng Sa Fah) in year 2001 bodied-up with partner See Boon Kui (in seafood supplies) successfully established their first and owned chinese & seafood cuisines eating house named “Restoran Hao Yue Soon” along Jalan By-Pass, Port Dickson. Later-on joined by Ying Hou in year 2013 all the while serving their chef’s in-house signature dishes to the public.

In this Hao Yue Soon restaurant, the Chef Ah Miao’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their famous homemade “PD No.1 Seafood Pot” which most wanted by the visitors. Home soup base boiled in claypot with mixtures of chinese herbals, dried shrimps & homemade chilli oil made excellent soup taste into mouth. Local fresh pork belly prepared in well-smashed, then marinated for another 2 hours in their home recipes mixture (Thai sauce added), finally done after deep fried into red in colour, topped with sesame seeds and served in cutted fine pieces brings wonderful eatery that you cannot aside here. Boil-cooked chewing bites pork tendons prepared in home recipes, then wok-fried in minutes with sweet, sour & spicy home sauce, followed by a minute stired mixed with ginger paste, red chilli & garlic brings exotic taste of dish that you will always like it here.
