See Gark Choon or known Ah Choon, who is at his age of 48 years old currently, also the restaurant’s main chef all the while having great interest in eatery & chefing initially stepped into the f&b industry since year 1987 at his 17th began as a kitchen trainee under-employed in his relative’s restaurant at Pantai Remis, Perak spent 5 years to be positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 22nd of age. Also been reached Kuala Lumpur, Perlis, hometown Sekinchan and finally Kuantan on his exposure in the field.

In order to expose further in the career, with his experiences hold on hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry made him in year 2001 joined into partnership running his very first chinese seafood restaurant in Kuantan named “Citarasa Muhibbah” stayed 15 years. Then in year 2016 on vision to have his very owned eating place allowed Ah Choon successfully established his “Restoran Jun Jun Huat” at Seri Kuantan, Pahang continue his journey in the career and began assisted by wife Chooi Peng. Being recognised as among the recommended best in year 2018 by the F&B E-Media along the East Coast.

In this Jun Jun Huat, the Chef cum founder’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their “Signature Stir-Fried Shark Fish Meat” which most wanted by the locals.
