In order to sharpen his experience, Wai Chuen then been reached Kuala Lumpur recruited himself into a chinese cuisine chefing academy program to further his exposures/culinary skills in the field, later-on returned to hometown Kuala Lipis fully took over the responsibility to run the family’s restaurant in manner starting year 1993 at his 24th of age all the while serving all their home recipe selections especially the local fresh River Fish options to the market.
