The founder cum owner Tedrrie Tsng, also the group Executive Chef, who at his age of only 38 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 22nd of age in year 2003 touched the Japanese Cuisine in England spent few years there. Later-on been also touched the Western & Chinese Cuisines respectively to further his exposure in the field.
