The founder cum owner Cash Chong or known Chef Cash Chong, who at his age of 35 years old currently, been grown up in a f&b family whose all the while running their hakka stuffed beancurds (yong tau foo) foodstall in Malacca, where Cash Chong touched the career since kids helping family in their stall. Later-on been fully stepped into the f&b industry at his 16th of age in year 2000 running his own Hakka Yong Tau Foo foodstall along Jalan Bunga Raya right in the Malacca township named it the “Uncle Chong Yong Tau Foo” for more than 10 years there. While wife Shiau Fen joined and helping husband since year 2008.

While in year 2012, Cash Chong been exposed into the chicken rice field running his “Pin Kee” Beansprout Chicken Rice stall for few years in town. Then with vision to expose further in the career, also wishing to expand into better manner and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry (Beansprout Chicken Rice) locally. Added with the experiences and recipes on hand allowed the couple Cash Chong &Shiau Fen in year 2016 decided then successfully established their very first owned Beansprout Chicken Rice eating house officially named the “Cash Chong Restaurant” at Taman Kota Laksamana Jaya, Malacca not only introducing their homemade beansprout chicken rice, but also other signature menus to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the middle southern nation.

In this Cash Chong Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus surely will be their “Boiled Chicken” which prepared in-house and most wanted by their regular customers.
