All the Perak originated Lim sisters leading by Ms. Lim Wan Theng (born 1987), was the initial founder, together with her both younger sisters Ms. Lim Fong Teng (born 1991) and Ms. Lim Wee Wee (born 1994) all are the immediate owners of this best recommended western cuisine eating house “Mixed Kitchen” at Kota Laksamana, Malacca serving all their home recipe western cuisine menus selection to the locals and visitors all in a better manner eating environment.

The founder Lim Wan Theng, also the restaurant’s main chef who at her age of only 32 years old currently, all the while having interest in eatery & culinary been initially stepped into the f&b industry at her age of 21st in year 2008 reached England began as a kitchen trainee been touched the Chinese &Western Cuisines there stayed for more than 10 years where she experienced and exposed in the career. Being positioned as a Western Cuisine Chef at her 25th of age.

With Wan Theng’s vision to have her very own eating restaurant or cafeteria, added with her experiences & recipes on hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally. Also encouragement & supports from families enabled Wan Theng in year 2019 decided then established her very first owned western cuisine restaurant officially named it the “Mixed Kitchen” along Jalan Kota Laksamana, Malacca. Joined by her both younger sisters Fong Teng & Wee Wee, running their eating house by introducing most of the in-house signature menus to the market mainly on western cuisine. Finally being recognised among the best newly establishment in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the middle southern nation.

In this Mixed Kitchen, the founder cum Chef’s very first top recommended in menus will be their “Salted Egg Chicken Chop” which brought into the market to various their options to the locals.
