The founder cum owner Teh Eng Han (or commonly known Ah Han), who at his age of 38 years old currently, was formerly a Mechanical Engineer all the while having great interest in eatery & culinary especially on their Hokkien Henghua’s cultural eateries. Been initially touched the f&b industry at his 19th of age worked as a part-timer in Kuala Lumpur where he experienced in the kitchen. While parents (Seu Hong & husband) whose also been running a Prawn Noodles eating house at Peringit Jaya, Malacca in early 1980s, where Seu Hong touched the career, then later in the late 1990s continued the field in a noodle stall at Bukit Beruang and at the same time running her catering services (also assisted by son Ah Han) for more than 10 years locally.

In order to further their exposure in the field, added with experiences & recipes on-hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry. Also Ah Han’s vision to introduce their Henghua’s traditional & cultural Putian Noodles/Eateries to the locals enabled him to fully stepped into the career in year 2015 started his very first noodle stall at Taman Muzaffar Shah (Ayer Keroh) presenting their home recipe Putian Noodles. Then successfully expanded into their specialised noodle house officially named it the “KXT Hans Noodles” on the same ground in year 2019. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the middle southern nation.

Another will be their famous “Oyster Noodles”, which prepared on their signature Putian Noodles added onto huge sum of fresh oysters that favourite by all the locals & visitors recently.
