The founder cum owner Lim Chee Lam, who at his age of 49 years old currently, having interest in eatery & culinary been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 35th of age in year 2005 began as a kitchen trainee touched the chinese cuisine in hometown Anson, Perak. Also later-on been reached Sitiawan & Kuala Lumpur, or even overseas to China stayed in the chinese seafood cuisine field experienced the career in order to further his exposure in the profession before returned to home country.

With the experiences hold by Chee Lam, also with vision to have his very own eating house locally and recipes on-hand. Added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed him finally decided then successfully established his very first owned eating restaurant “Teh Heon” in year 2006 at Teluk Intan (Anson), where his wife Yin Peng joined the career fully assisting in the restaurant running for about 10 years. Then fully converted into Chinese Seafood Cuisine field to serve the locals better & various their signatures in town officially named it the “Restoran San Wei” at Taman Merbok Jaya, Teluk Intan in year 2018. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the lower northern nation.

In this Restoran San Wei, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Fried Sour & Spicy Fish” which most wanted by the locals.
