The founder cum owner Galvin Tan, also the cafeteria’s Main Chef, at his age of 26 years old currently. Been initially fully stepped into the f&b industry at his 20th of age after his culinary academy course locally, then reached Singapore all the while touched & experienced the chinese & western cuisines and being positioned as a Chef at his 25th years old exposed in the field. Later-on began his very own foodtruck “The Salts” in Johor Bahru since year 2018 introducing his recipes on ItalianPasta &Western Cuisine selections.

With Galvin’s experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have his very own eating house (Cafeteria) locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry at this trendy century allowed him in mid-year 2019 bodied-up with Kingsley Tham, then successfully established their very first Italian Pasta & Western Cuisine eating house officially named it “The Salts Kitchen” (GT Group Enterprise) along Jalan Molek (Taman Molek), Johor presenting their very best pasta & western food menus to the market thoroughly. In The Salts Kitchen, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their famous “Creamy Otak-Otak Pasta” which most wanted by the locals that prepared in combination of chinese & western recipes.
