The founder cum owner Vivienne Chai, also the restaurant’s Chief Chef, who at her age of only 20 years old currently, all the while since teenage having interest in eatery & culinary initially touched the f&b field at her 13th of age in year 2013 began her very home-based chinese pastry career. Then gone through her baking/pastry culinary academy in Johor Bahru at her age of 14th allowed Vivienne continued her career in better manner holding experiences & recipes on-hand for another few years.

In order to further her exposure in the field, added with passions & recipes on-hand and also foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally made Vivienne Chai in year 2018 decided to fully step into the career, then successfully established her very first own Chinese Dim Sum eating house officially named it the “Little By Little Restaurant” at Taman Adda Heights, Johor Bahru. Also fully assisted by mother Ivy Yeoh and main chef Wee Jun. Later-on extended to “Dimsum Line Restaurant” in year 2019 on the same ground introducing their home recipes to the market. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2020 in the southern nation.

In this Dimsum Line Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their famous “Shanghai Siew Long Dumpling” which most wanted by their regulars.
