The owner cum restaurant’s Main Chef Ng Wee Loong (Ling Hui’s husband), who at his age of 28 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 15th of age in year 2007 began as a kitchen trainee touched the chinese cuisine field at hometown Johor Bahru. Also been reached Singapore to further his exposure in the career, later-on being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 19th of age all the while experienced in the field.

With Wee Loong’s experiences & recipes on-hand, added with father-in-law Chew Sai Wah’s interest in eatery and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally enabled them to bodied-up then decided & began their very first chinese seafood night session stall at Taman Daya, Johor Bahru in year 2017 named it the “Loong Hwa Seafood”, joined and fully assisted by Siew Lian & Ling Hui. Then after a year being extended into their very owned double lots Chinese Seafood House officially named it the “Loong Hwa Seafood Restaurant” at Taman Adda Height (current location) in year 2018 continue presenting their home recipe signature menus to the market. In this Loong Hwa Seafood Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their “Signature Braised Pork” which favourite by their customers from the beginning. Fresh sea lala clams boil-cooked, then wok-fried a minute in their chef’s recipes mixture with garlic, dried shrimps, curry leaves & chilli padi, then served hot on plate with appertising salty sweet & nice fair spicy taste taken along with the lala’s freshness into mouth that you will never regret after tasted here.

Nonetheless, the owners also introduced their chef’s all time favourite recommended “Fried Chicken Wings with Prawn Paste” which like by most of the locals here.
