The founder cum owner Seow Woon Woon, or known Ah Man who at his age of 38 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 18th of age (affected by elder brother who all the while in f&b industry) reached Kuala Lumpur began as a kitchen trainee in a hotel’s chinese restaurant where he touched the cantonese/hong kong dim sum field.
