The founder cum owner Goh Seng Boon, who at his age of 61 years old currently, who initially stepped into the f&b industry in year 1976 at his 17th of age running his very first fish mix noodles stall in a chinese coffee shop (kopitiam) at Bachang, Malacca. Later-on been also touched the bittergourd soup noodles, chicken rice, roasted mix & laksa cuisines along his f&b career journey all in hometown Malacca thoroughly for more than 40 years.

While another founder cum owner Chong Siew Fong, who all the while grown-up in a f&b family whose her parents been running chinese cuisine/noodle (bittergourds soup noodle) stall along Ayer Keroh, Malacca enabled Siew Fong touched & experienced the field since her teenage assisting parents. Later met partner Seng Boon and running their bittergourd soup noodle stall in a foodcourt at Taman Merdeka Permai, another at Bukit Baru for years.
