The founder cum owner Max Lum Yeoh Hong, who at his age of 46 years old currently, since teenage having interest in eatery & culinary made him initially stepped into the industry at his only 11th years old in the year 1986 reached Kuala Lumpur joined a chinese cuisine restaurant began as a kitchen trainee for about 2 years. Then touched the cantonese roasted mix in the year 1988 also started from a trainee spent nearly 8 years experienced in the the field, later-on running his very first roasted mix food stall in a chinese coffee shop (kopitiam) at Sri Muda, Shah Alam in the year 1996 continued his exposure in the career thoroughly.

In order to expose further in the field, added with recipes & experiences on-hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally allowed Max Lum in the year 2003 decided, moved and successfully established his very owned Roasted Mix Eating House officially named the “Spring Golden Restaurant” at Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam presenting all their home recipes on cantonese roasted/BBQ menus to the public in better manner on the floor for nearly 20 years today. In this Spring Golden Restaurant, the owner’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their famous “Glass Roasted Pork” or locally known the Po Li Char Siew which most wanted by all their regulars from the beginning.
