The founder cum owner Lim Beng Kiet, who at his age of 51 years old currently, was formerly in the Property Management all the while having interest in eatery & home culinary, inspired by mother’s vision to have their very owned hainanese eating house locally enabled Beng Kiet later-on decided to fully step into the f&b industry then successfully established their (with wife Christine Phang) very first own Hainanese Coffee House officially named the “Haima Kopitiam” at Semenyih, Selangor in the year 2016 presenting their family’s home recipes to the public thoroughly.

With experiences & home recipes on-hand, added with vision to further their exposure in the f&b industry locally and foreseeing the recent trendy market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed the couple Beng Kiet & Christine Phang then moved and converted their hainanese coffee house into better manner with combination of Hainanese & Western Cuisines under a roof in the year 2020 running at Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Kuala Lumpur as “Haima Hainanese & Western Cafe” (Haima Kopitiam) introducing more selections to the public.
