Then being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef leader after about 5 years in the field at his nearly 20th, also been reached Singapore in his culinary journey experienced in the field thoroughly. While in the year 2018 in-circumstances, Vem Meng started his very first noodle stall with wife Sharon Chew introducing their home-cooked Loh/Lor Mee in a chinese coffee shop at Shahbandar, Johor Bahru exposed for another few years on the ground.
