The founder cum restaurant’s main chef Lai Shih Yuan, who at his age of 35 years old currently, been initially inspired by one of his friend made him stepped into the industry at his 19th of age began as a kitchen trainee touched the chinese cuisine field in the year 2006 at hometown Malacca. With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have their couple’s very owned eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally especially the Taiwanese Cuisine field, also wishing to bring the Taiwan local’s authentic eateries into home country enabled the couple Shih Yuan and wife Crystal Tan decided then successfully established their very first owned Local Taiwanese Cuisine Restaurant officially named the “Ko Zhui Tea House” along the Taman Pusat Perniagaan Bakri at the Muar town in the year 2019 introducing all their home recipes to the public.
