Also been helping in her sister’s chinese coffee shop at hometown Kuching, Sarawak been reached & stayed in Malacca since year 2009, later-on began to touch the f&b field in the year 2020 started her very owned Kuching Konlo Mee stall in a food court at Taman Merdeka Jaya, Malacca wishing to bring her hometown’s local delicacy eatery into the middle southern nation.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to expose further in the career and foreseeing the market opportunity locally (especially the Sarawak Cuisine here in town) enabled Irene Then decided and successfully established her vey first owned Sarawak Cuisine Eating House officially named the “Kuching City Food Centre” at Taman Merdeka Jaya, Malacca in the end of year 2021 continue serving her home recipe Kuching Konlo Mee and other Sarawak’s delicacy options to the public.
