The founder cum first owner Low Chea Liong, who at his age of 66 years old currently, was formerly a Taxi Driver been initially stepped into the F&B industry at his 37th of age touched the chinese dim sum field been generation passed onto recipes by his brothers (who in the career) in the year 1993 began his very first owned dim sum restaurant at Segamat Baru, Johor officially named the “Har Hwa Hiang” Chinese Traditional Dim Sum Restaurant, where his sons Wei Pin & Wei Keng fully assist in the career at their age of 15th and 10th respectively, running in a families team on the ground.
