The restaurant’s first owner Cheok Kah Lok’s great-grandfather late Mr. Lee Wah San who initially reached Seremban (Malaysia) from Guangdong, China holding knowledge in the chinese herbals began his very roadside Chinese Herbal Tea (Lee Wah San) right along the Seremban old-township in the 1940s serving his home-cooked herbal tea recipes to the locals, then generation passed onto the next generation on the same ground.
