With experiences and recipes on-hand, added wishing to further expose in the career and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally. Also with his partner Lim Kim Hua’s (the eating house’s recent main chef) nearly 40 years chinese home-cooked chefing/culinary experiences enabled them (Khoo couple & Kim Hua) decided then successfully established their very owned Chinese Home-Cooked Eating House running under the “Taste Past Enterprise” along the Seremban Oakland Commercial Park in the mid-year 2021 introducing all their signature menus to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2022 in the middle southern nation in Negeri Sembilan.
In this Taste Past Home-Cooked Eating House, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Lotus Leaf Fish” which most wanted by their regulars all the while.
