The founder cum owner Chak Chun Fai, also the restaurant’s Main Chef who at his age of only 19 years old currently, all the while having interest in eatery & culinary been initially touched the f&b industry at his 11th of age worked as a part-timer kitchen helper in a chinese cuisine restaurant at hometown Pantai Remis. Then been fully stepped into the field at his 14th of age began as a kitchen trainee, later-on being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 16th all the while practically experienced in the chinese cuisine field continued his exposure in the career along his culinary journey with his passions.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to further his exposure in the field and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally made Chun Fai decided then started his very own chinese seafood eating stall in a chinese coffee shop at Pantai Remis in the early year 2022, joined and running with his partner Zhi Qian introducing most of their signatures to the locals. In order to introduce and presenting more of their home recipes to the public, and wishing to expose further enabled the couple Chun Fai & Zhi Qian to move and expanded their career into an eating house in the early October year 2022 officially named the “Xiao Lao Ban Seafood Restaurant” at Medan Pantai Jaya, Pantai Remis. And being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2022 in the middle northern nation.
