The restaurant’s founder cum owner Seow Yong Chun, who at his age of 34 years old currently, was formerly a Mechanical Engineer all the while grown-up in a f&b families whose his grandmother late Madam Ang Ah Lan (1926-2022) been initially running her very home-cooked hokkien prawn mee road-side noodle stall for about 20 years at Butterworth began in the year 1965. Then being generation passed onto daughter Madam Goh Siew Choon (born 1953, Yong Chun’s mother) as the 2nd generation running her hokkien mee noodle stall in a chinese coffee shop also at Butterworth, Penang reached year 2020 continue their family’s recipes on the northern ground.
