Later-on further his exposure in the career spent years at Macau positioned as an Assistant Dim Sum Chef continued his journey with patience. Also been running his (with wife Marize Chan) very first own Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant at hometown Taiping in the year 2009, then returned to Macau to further his career in the field.
