The founder cum owner Te Hock Heng (Ah Heng), who at his age of 37 years old currently, been initially touched the f&b field at his 13th of age worked as a part-timer. Then fully stepped into the industry at his about 15th in year 2001 experienced the chinese cuisine field began from a kitchen trainee at hometown Banting, later-on being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 18th continue his exposure in the career thoroughly.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have their own eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry (especially the noodle house) enabled the couple Ah Heng & Maggie Tan decided then successfully established their couple’s very first owned Authentic Chinese Noodle House named the “Kam Sou Chili Pan Mee” in the year 2009 along Jalan Bunga Pekan, Banting.
