The founder cum first owner Ah Lun also known Chef Lun, who at his age of 38 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his teenage began as a kitchen trainee all the while touched the chinese cuisine field, later-on been also reached Singapore to further his exposure in the career also experienced the western recipe respectively along his culinary journey with patience. Also whose his family (parents) all the while running a Chinese Coffee Shop (Kopitiam) at hometown Kluang since the early 21st century, and being given a chance to taken-up the responsibility to continue family’s career (family’s kopitiam) in the year 2011 as the 2nd generation fully assisted by wife Hui Shan then sister-in-law Shu Mei running about 10 years on the same ground at hometown Kluang, Johor.
