The founder late Mr. Ang Hock Xin (Max Ang’s elder Uncle), who been initially began his very authentic traditional home recipe Chinese’s Hokkien handmade steamed bun running with his mobile-stall along the Jenjarom township in the year 1979. Then been took-over continued by his younger brother (Max Ang’s younger Uncle) Mr. Ang You Hock in year 1988, later-on been passed onto their next generation Max Ang in year 2016 continue his family’s career officially named the “Jenjarom Ang’s Pao” and running their home-based production with retails after few years in 2019 at hometown Jenjarom, Selangor further their exposure in the industry.

With experiences & home recipes on-hand (by Max Ang), added with vision to further expose his family’s career thoroughly and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially the traditional chinese handmade bun field enabled Max Ang bodied-up with Davin Lee then successfully established their very new conceptual Traditional Chinese Handmade Bun specialised eating house officially named the “Jenjarom Ang’s Bao” (by Jenjarom Ang’s Pao) at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam in the mid year of 2023 serving all their signatures to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2023 on the middle nation at Selangor.

In this Jenjarom Ang’s Pao/Bao, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their “Traditional Char Siew Bao” which most wanted by their regulars all the while.
