The founder cum owner, also the restaurant’s main chef Bryan Goh Say Kwong, who at his age of only 25 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b field at his 13th of age began as a kitchen trainee helping in his cousin-brother’s restaurant at hometown Kuala Selangor in year 2011 exposed about 7 years all the while touched the chinese and seafood cuisines then being positioned as a Chef at his about 16th of age. Later-on been reached Australia (with wife Yumi Lee) in the year 2018, both experienced on the kitchen floor for nearly 3 years in a malaysian local cuisine restaurant there before returned to home country in year 2021 along their journey in the career with patience.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have their very own eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially the chinese seafood cuisine enabled the couple Bryan Goh & Yumi Lee decided then successfully established their couple’s very first owned Chinese Seafood Family (Air-Cond) Restaurant officially named the “Restoran Makanan Laut Kuan Kei” in the end of year 2021 at Sunwaymas Commercial Centre, Petaling Jaya serving all their signatures to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2023 on the middle nation at Selangor.

In this Kuan Kei Seafood Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their “Signature Sichuan Style Shark Meat” which most wanted by their regulars.
