The founder cum recent owner Tan Poh Loon, also the restaurant’s main chef who at his age of 49 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b field at his only 13th of age in the year 1988 at hometown Alor Setar began as a kitchen trainee touched the chinese cuisine field. Later-on being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef after about 5 years at his 18th all the while exposed in the career, also been running his foodstall for few years locally along his culinary journey and bodied-up with siblings (brothers & sister Poh See with husband Thean Chye) running their very owned restaurant named “Dai Ka Lok” at Taman Saga, Alor Setar in the year 2007 ended after about 8 years in circumstances.

With Poh Loon’s experiences & recipes on-hand, added with Teng Choon’s interest in eatery and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry. Also great supports with confident on Poh Loon’s recipes enabled Teng Choon decided to bodied-up with Poh Loon and Thean Chye (with wife Poh See) then successfully established their very owned Chinese Seafood Restaurant officially named the “Happy Everyone Restaurant” in the end of year 2023 at Taman Bahagia, Alor Setar serving all their signatures to the public.
