The founder cum owner Lim See Hock, who at his age of 57 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his only 14th of age in the year 1981 began as a kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Klang, Selangor. Also been reached Germany at his 20th in year 1987 and stayed about 5 years there all the while experienced the chinese cuisine field positioned as a cooking chef along his culinary journey before returning to home ground with his patience in the career.
With experiences & recipes on-hand, added vision to have his own eating house locally and wishing to further his exposure in the career enabled Lim See Hock decided then bodied-up with his elder brother and successfully established their very owned Chinese Cuisine Eating House officially named the “Restoran Sungai Jelok” in the year 1994 along the Jalan Sungai Jelok, Kajang. Also fully assisted by wife Tiew Ah Thoe in the year 1996 running in couple, later-on being expanded and restructured into a better air-conditioning dining restaurant in the year 2000 continue serving all their signatures to the public for the passed 30 years still on the same ground. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2024 on the middle nation at Selangor.
