Then recruited herself into a culinary academy at her 18th of age and graduated in the Baking Science & Technology at Petaling Jaya, Selangor in the year of 2021 positioned as a Pastries Chef joined a Japanese Restaurant at Sri Kembangan (where Jasmine met John, who running the restaurant with partners) allowed Jasmine Chin to practically expose her culinary career thoroughly as Main Chef in the eating house with her patience.
With experiences & recipes on-hand, added vision to further their exposure in the career and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially the Japanese Cuisine field enabled the couple John Lai & Jasmine Chin decided then successfully established their very couple-run (joined by partners) Japanese Cuisine Eating House officially named the “Manpuku Restaurant” at Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang in the end of year 2022 serving all their signatures to the public.
