The founder cum first owner Amanda Kong Siew Lian (who is a vegetarian), at her age of 46 years old currently been touched the f&b field at her only 15th of age helping siblings in their family’s restaurant at Klang in the year of 1993 (whose her siblings initially running their seafood porridge eating house, then chinese cuisine restaurant at Melaka & Klang) where Amanda Kong practically experienced the field thoroughly. While another owner Suki Oh Mei Chen, who at her age of 39 years old currently been touched the field helping in her father’s hainanese kopitiam (running for about 10 years at Klang in the early 21st century) enabled Suki Oh stepped on the f&b floor with her patience along the journey.
With their experiences and Amanda family’s home recipes on-hand, added with their interest in the eatery & culinary (especially for Amanda, also with vision to have her own vegetarian eating house locally) and both foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry made Amanda Kong and Suki Oh decided then successfully established their very first owned Family Vegetarian Restaurant officially named the “Yasashi Cafe” at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang in the end of year 2023 serving all their signatures to the public.
