The founder cum first owner Madam Liew Mee Ching, who at her age of 65 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b field at her 41st of age began her very owned noodle stall in the chinese coffee shop (kopitiam) at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Skudai in the millennium year of 2000 carrying with her very home-cooked recipes officially named the “Zheng Ji Stall” later in year 2011 stayed more than 20 years on the same ground with her patience. While son Chong Teck Chung who touched the field at his teenage helping mother, then being passed onto mother’s recipes as next generation at his about 27th of age in the year of 2016 running their 2-generations mother & son career along their journey.
