The founder cum first owner Mr. Gan Sing Chung, who at his age of 66 years old currently, been more than 40 years all the while in the Construction Industry having interest in eatery especially culinary being touched the f&b field in the end of 1990s running his (with brother) roasted chicken & pastry eating house at Ayer Keroh, then stepped into the industry running his very first owned foodcourt at Malim Jaya in the millennium year 2000. Also been running his dessert & sweetie house right in the Bandar Hilir, subsequently another eating bistro (Eleven Bistro) carrying the local portuguese recipes with nyonya recipes where Mr. Gan experienced the field thoroughly with his patience in the industry.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added vision to have his very own peranakan nyonya cuisine eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially the local authentic delicacy peranakan eateries enabled Mr. Gan decided then successfully established his very first owned Peranakan Nyonya Cuisine Restaurant officially named the “Siew Tin’s Nyonya Kitchen” right along the Malacca Jonker Walk in the year of 2014 fully assisted by wife Emilly Soo, then further exposed into another outlet at Kota Laksamana Jaya in the year of 2022 continue serving all their signatures to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year of 2024 on the middle southern nation at Malacca.

In this Siew Tin’s Nyonya Kitchen, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Nyonya Assam Fish” which most wanted by their regulars over the decade.
