The initial founder late Mr. Wee Sing Kee (1943-2021) with his wife Madam Tan Eng Wah (born 1942), whose stepped into the f&b industry in the year of 1970 began their couple’s fish noodle stall in the family’s coffee shop along the Malacca township Jalan Bendahara, then started running their authentic traditional hand-stuffed beancurd career with patience on the same ground where eldest daughter Wee Yun Yueh who touched the field helping parents since her 7th of age. Later-on being taken up the responsibility to continue family’s career at her about thirties in the millennium year of 2000 as the 2nd generation, then joined by husband Leong Hip Meng after few years in 2003 serving their home recipes to the market.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added vision to have their own eating house locally and foreseeing the market exposure in the field enabled Wee Yun Yueh and husband Leong Hip Meng decided then successfully established their couple’s very first owned Hand-Stuffed Beancurd Eating House officially named the “Bukit Cina Dong Fung Yong Tau Fu” (by Leong Hip Meng) at Taman Malim Jaya in the year of 2007 continue serving their signatures to the public in the same manner. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year of 2024 on the middle southern nation at Malacca.
