The founder cum owner Cheang Chin Loong, who at his age of 51 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 14th of age in hometown Bidor began as a trainee touched the chinese traditional pastries field in the year of 1988 experienced about 20 years along the journey. While May Ng Pin Lee (Ah May) who at her 60th currently, been all the while a housewife also the Hakka generations having great interest in eatery & culinary been given a chance, also foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally especially the authentic hakka recipes enabled Ah May bodied-up with Chin Loong then successfully started their very owned Hakka Hand-Stuffed Beancurd Eating House named the “Ah May Yong Tau Foo” (by Restoran Family Hakkat Yong Tau Foo) in the year of 2013 at USJ 14, Subang Jaya serving all their signatures to the public, later-on joined & assisted by May’s husband Soon Fatt and son Elvis respectively.
