‘French Cuisine’ always the famous outstanding western food choice especially in dessert, soup and grilled platter. Mr. Dominic Chung Hien Leong, a Sabahan who is a experience and outstanding French & Western Food Chef bodied with Mr. Patrick Woon Kock Kuan, a Singaporean are the founders and the recent owners of the “Party Play Lifestyle Cafe” located at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Mr. Dominic who stepped into the f&b industry by registered himself into a 2 years Diploma in Professional Chef Traning course at KDU, Damansara Selangor at his age of 19 years old in the year 1999. After graduated, Dominic joined the Italian restaurant ‘Piccolo Mondo’ at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur as co-production or co-kitchen exposed in sauses and salads menus for another half year, before he been recruited into ‘Lafite’ cafe, a french fine dining restaurant in Shangrila’s Hotel, Kuala Lumpur as cook-two emphasising hot appertizer for a year, where he begans his french cuisine explosure. In the year 2003, Dominic joined the ‘Raffles Grill’, a french cuisine restaurant in the Raffles Hotel, Singapore positioned cook-two to expose further his profession for another year, later on joined the ‘Lessaison’ french restaurant as Chef Departie in the Central Mall, Singapore. While in the year 2005, Dominic travelled to Bankok, Thailand joined the ‘Levendone’ restaurant as Chef for two years then been promoted to incharge and manage the ‘Creative Eateries’ cafe in Singapore in year 2007 where he experienced not only in his chef profession but in f&b management and marketing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the mid of 2010, Mr. Dominic back to his hometown Kota Kinabalu, Sabah together with his partner Mr. Patrick who interested in eatery, established their very own “Party Play Lifestyle Cafe” at Lintas, Luyang then the second at Gaya Street, Kota Kinabalu town in the year 2012 presenting their Western Food menus with the combination on French and Asian Cuisine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the cafe, one of the top recommended in menu will be their Signature Snack Platter for four pax made up of crispy prawn paste wing, Bruschetta trio, baby burger and mini fish & chips. Secondly will be the appertizer corner presenting their original French Style Mushroom Soup using fresh mushroom served with onion toast. Besides, the Grilled Tasmanian Lamb Shoulder with black pepper sause from Dominic homemade recipe and improved from chinese cuisine served with wedges brings the exotic taste. While in the Pizza corner, there are two recommended signature choices in the cafe which Roasted Duck & Hoisin Sauce and the Mango Tandoori Chicken. Lastly in the dessert menus, their famous Signature Dessert Platter made up of four ‘starring’ such the Chocalate Fondant, Sesame Snap, French Style Vanilla Creme Brulee and the Aussie Style Sticky Pudding.
