EAST MALAYSIA LOCAL FAMILY “BEEF NOODLE” RECIPE

1In Sabah, East Malaysia local originated Mr. Niluh Siponong and his wife Ms. Patricia Chin who are the immediate owners of the recent famous Penampang Beef Noodle well known as the “Penampang Ngiu Chap” which operating 2 outlets at penampang area currently.

Mr. Niluh who with age of 57 years old stepped into the food and beverage industry since year 2010 accompany his brother, Mr. Victor Siponong who was the founder of their beef noodle recipe, founded their first outlet at Donggongon, Penampang.  Mr. Victor who have his more than 12 years explosure in the field motivating his beef noodle recipe to fulfill the locals demand then generated his home made recipe to his brother, Mr. Niluh and Ms. Patricia to furture expose, later on launced their second outlet at Jalan Penampang New By-Pass in the year 2013, incharge and operating by their son (2nd generation) Nelson Niluh Siponong.

In the restaurant, for sure their original home recipe beef noodle soup will be the most recomended menu eventually known ‘Ngiu Chap Soup’ with the choice mixed in mee, mee hun or keow tiew.  Besides, ‘Kon Lau Ngiu Chap’ also welcome by the visitors.  Their beef soup base which boiled more than 2.5 hours mixed with all fresh bones and their home recipe ingredients is the super secret according to Siponong family.  A bowl of their beef noodle topped with choices of beef internal parts, stewed beef meat and fresh beef slice to be their signature.

Other than beef, their Roasted Chicken Rice too one of the most saleable menu in the restaurant. Fried chicken topped with their home recipe sauce combined tasty and local exotic rice will be the perfect match.
