1Originated from East Malaysia the Sabahan Mr. Sam Teo Zei Shin who currently at his age only 39 years old is the immediate and only owner of the Sabah’s famous “Tung Fong Seafood Restaurant” at Inanam, Sabah.  Mr. Sam who stepped into food and beverage industry since his 18 years old in the year 1993 under employed as kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant May Flower at Keningau, Sabah for more than a year experienced his very first career in the industry.

Afterwards he further exposed himself into hotel line joining the KK town Shangrila Hotel’s chinese restaurant “Emperior Restaurant” located in town for about four years, then recruited by his friend, into ‘Tung Hoi’ restaurant in Likas, Sabah which own by his ex-colleague as chef for another 4 years.  Lastly he joined Tung Fong Seafood Restaurant as knifeman at his age of 29 years old in the year 2003, later on partner the noodle restaurant running their seafood and fish noodle house untill the year 2010 Sam completely take over the ownership operating untill recent.

The only outlet currently in Sabah recommending their best signature Stewed Fish which life up the restaurant served with their home recipe, fried then stewed from fresh fish is Sam’ s secret.  A bit spicy and crispy putting into mouth, exotic food in town.  Besides, the local first crispy fresh Oyster Fried Egg is the top saleable and recommended menu in the restaurant, taken with their homemade chili sause is the perfect match.  Idea from his wife home cooking, Sam founded his Steamed Fish Fillet topped with onion leaf and boiled oil is one of the most wanted favourite by his regular and visitor end users.  Their clear soup base boiled together with tomato and fresh fish bones make their top selling Fish Mixed Soup Noodle, with choice of fish maw, fish liver, fish egg, fish stomach etc.  Moreover, the deep fried fish maw, fresh prawn and giant fish lips are those most welcome by the locals.
