Mr. Yeo Choon Kiat who locally originated with age of 42 years old recently is the founder, together with lovely wife Ms. Goo Bee Choo are the owners of the famous prawn mee house “Loong Seng Food Stall” located in Johor Bahru presenting their recipe prawn mee and lo mee.

Yeo Choon Kiat who born in year 1972 formerly was in agriculture industry later on under employed for two years in Singapore as factory worker.  Yeo who interested in eatery realised the market opportunity in f&b industry and having vision to have his own enterpreneur career then experienced the prawn mee recipe from his brother in-law, initially stepped into the food and beverage industry in the year 2001 at his age of about 29 years old with wife operating their very first food stall “Loong Seng Prawn Mee” selling prawn mee and lo mee in Permas Jaya food court for about a year then moved to ‘New Fook Ling Restaurant’ at Jalan Sagu 8, Taman Daya continue expose their prawn mee stall till recent.

While Ms. Goo Bee Choo who also Johor origin born in year 1974 formerly was an tailoring worker then spent up to seven years served in Singapore as factory worker stepped into food industry in the year 2001 at her age of 27 years old helping husband in their prawn mee stall.  Subsequent to the great response from the public, Yeo and Goo finally further explored to establish their very 1st owned prawn mee specialize restaurant in the year 2011 at Taman Setia Indah, Johor not only serving prawn mee but also their new creation claypot and pork ribs mee famously known “Loong Seng Food Stall” Prawn Mee Restaurant.

In this Loong Seng restaurant, their Claypot Big Prawn Mee will be the top recommended menu you must try in choice of soup and dry kon lau.  Soup base boiled overnight with prawn shell and giant bones is the secret recipe brings the exotic eatery.  While dry kon lau using their own recipe sauce mixed with exotic prawn soup base also favourite by regulars.  The mixture of bean sprout, boiled egg, fresh big prawn, fresh pork slice, kangkong veges insided with fook chew mee boiled in claypot will be the perfect match.  Secondly will be their tradition recipe Lo Mee which also using overnight boiled soup paste base cooked with giant bones, pork skin and mixed in three herbal ingredients taste best when served in bowl. The Lo Mee topped with braised pork, braised egg, fish cake and fried fish slice also one of the recommended and most wanted by their visitors.  Besides, their penang Asam Laksa which served in 5 hours boiled soup with fresh kampung fish and sardin fish present the best eatery, served in bowl with mixture of kampung fish meat, onions, cucumber slice, prawn paste etc.  Moreover, their Claypot Prawn Pork Ribs mee will be Yeo’s creation signature menu in the restaurant must taste when stepped into the shop. Fresh pork ribs boiled in prawn soup base in claypot brings the perfect chewing bite satisfaction.  Nonetheless, their home made Sambal which made from mixture of dry chilli, fresh chilli, dry shrimp, garlic, onions and belacan must taken together with main course never missed by their regulars and visitors.
