The local Johor origin, Madam Seah Lian Hoi who born in the year 1962 been generation passed on mother’s home recipe, is the founder and together with husband Mr. Tan and son Mr. Tan Kong Hao are the owners of both outlets of the famous “Restoran Sing Ting” in Johor.

Madam Seah who with age of 52 years old currently, been touched cooking since about 10 years old helping mother in kitchen and extremely interested in mee hun kueh soup made from flur which also like to eat since kids.  At her age of teenager, formerly she worked as waitress in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Singapore as stepped into the food and beverage industry for about 5 years before her marriage. Madam Seah who having about 30 years cooking experience as fulltime housewife and holding mother’s traditional recipe again with husband who quit his formerly furniture industry career, established their very first and owned mee hoon kueh specialize house at Taman Sri Puteri, Skudai named “Restoran Sing Ting” in the year 2002 serving Madam Seah’s home recipe soup mee hoon kueh to the public.

Subsequent to the great response from regulars and visitors, they further exposed as results to expand established their second branch outlet in the year 2013 at Jalan Harmonium, Johor Bahru after more than 10 years been recognised by public market.  While their son, Mr. Tan Kong Hao (Ah Hao) who since kid helping parents in the main outlet restaurant decided to stepped into the food industry at his age of 18 years old then in year 2013 been incharge of the second outlet “Restoran Sing Ting” at Jalan Harmonium, Johor presenting their home recipe mee hoon kueh.

In the restaurant, their tradition home made mee hoon kueh soup will be the top recommended by most of their regulars which using soup base boiled with ikan bilis for more than 2 hours brings the exotic taste. Mee hoon kueh hand made boiled mixture of veges, fish ball, pork slice and topped with crispy fried ikan bilis and fried ‘tao ki’ makes a perfect bowl of complete best eatery.  Others, for those who do not take soup oftenly must try their own recipe sauce dry kon lao mee hoon kueh mixed of ‘tau ki’, fried ikan bilis, veges and fried pork minced is also one of the top signature menu in this specialise shop.  Hand made noodle also one of their secret enabled their shop full eveyday, is the most wanted by their regulars.  In side order menu, almost every single table been ordered their ‘tau ki’ which fried insided with fresh fish meat minced brings the best eatery.  According to Madam Seah and son Ah Hao, eating their mee hoon kuey soup poured inside mixture of chili and their ‘Bai Sui Ren’ top quality black vinegar will be the most exellent eatery you must try and like it when reached Johor and when stepped into the “Restoran Sing Ting”.
