The well known beef mixed noodle also locally known ‘Menggatal Beef Noodle’ been more than 25 years originated from East Malaysia, Sabah currently entered into South Malaysia, Johor by the second generation recently recognized as one of the malaysiabest food ‘Must Try’.  The local Sabahan Mr. Simon Saw with lovely wife Ms. Alice Voo are the founders of the famous “Nyuk Pau Beef Noodle” having seven outlets recently throughout the State of Sabah since year 1988.  And the second generation eldest daughter Ms. Jennica Saw Oi Yun who born in Sabah in the year 1976 with partner Mr. Jacky Goh (Johorean) are the owners for the outlet in Johor Bahru.

The founder Mr. Simon who formerly an butcher supplying fresh beef meat in the market at Menggatal, Sabah with opportunity enabled wife Alice came out their own home recipe in cooking and boiling beef meat and internal parts, in the year 1988 established their food industry career serving the “Nyuk Pau Beef Noodle” or called ‘Ngiu Chap’ by Sabahan began their very first shop in Menggatal.

While their eldest daughter Jennica Saw who currently in Marketing field, touched the industry since her age of 12 years old helping parents in the restaurant.  Her brothers and sister currently operating in total 7 outlets in Sabah further explore in the food & beverage industry.  In the year 2005, Jennica been generation passed their homemade recipe, after a best friend Mr. Jacky Goh Tiaw Kee originated from Pontian, Johor who in food manufacturing industry tried her beef noodle, extremely exotic then decided to bodied with Jennica explore their recipe successfully in the year 2011 established their outlet, which also the 1st “Nyuk Pau Beef Noodle” out of Sabah located in Johor Bahru, Johor serving the best eatery beef mixed noodle to the public.

In this restaurant, the traditional Menggatal Beef Mixed Noodle Soup will be the top signature menu must try. Soup base boiled for hours with their six secret ingredients mixed in with 5 hours braised beef meats brings the top eatery in town. Bowl of their tradition beef noodle served topped mixture of meat ball, beef stomach, tendon, braised meat and fresh beef slice will make their visitors never forget especially tipping on their homemade spicy chili sauce provided.  Secondly will be their dry kon lou mee using special ordered mee also called ‘yiu mee’ mixed with their home recipe soya sauce will be the perfect match with a bowl of their beef mixed soup.  Others, in this outlet in Johor also presenting their Signature Smoked Chicken Rice served with bean sprout, tomato slice and cucumber slice.  Whole fresh chicken leg smoked with their recipe then fried before served on plate with chicken boiled rice also one of the recommended choice by most of their regulars and visitors.  Nonetheless, their Giant Beef Meat Ball Soup too the most wanted, chewing taste in bites with succulent meat every single ball when put into mouth.  In beverage corner, the Sabah’s local famous Tenom coffee also in the menu at this “Nyuk Pau Beef Noodle” at Taman Nusa Bestari, Johor Bahru visitors must try when stepped into this restaurant.
