Romantic environment and concept dinning are among the very important as food quality in ‘Western Cuisine’, glassy rooftop and surrounded by romantic dinning interior presented by “Greenet” is the best choice for memorial occasions celebration.  The local origin born in year 1979 Mr. Eddie Soh Wee Hock, Mr. Sammco Shum Man Sam from Perak and Mr. Ben Low Teik Yee who originated from Kelantan, are the founders and owners of the “Greenet Bar & Restaurant” western cuisine at Taman Maju Jaya, Johor.

Mr. Eddie who with his age of 35 years old currently is the Main Director Chef of the restaurant, initially stepped into the industry in year 1999 at his age of 20 years old reached Essex, United Kingdom registered himself into the ‘Barking College’ began his career journey. Eddie who from teenagers interested in cooking and eatery been affected by his father who formerly was an experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef, spent his two year graduated from his course in UK in year 2001.  Later on been recruited into the ‘Savoy Hotel’ in Central London as practical beginner western cuisine chef for about a year to strengthen his profession.

While in year 2002, Eddie joined the Italian Cuisine restaurant ‘Cafe Uno’ in Essex, UK for another two years experienced in Italian’s recipe before he joined the nationwide famous ‘Pizza Express’ to further expose in the industry.  Afterwards, Eddie too travelled to other countries such Czech Republic, Italy, France etc to sharpen his experience then returned to home country Malaysia after 10 years explosure overseas in the industry.  Enabled him to established his very first owned restaurant in year 2009 in Sutera Mall, Taman Sutera Utama, Johor with his uncle named “Taste Bugs”. Then exposed into an outlet at Bukit Indah and another in Taman Permas Jaya, Johor which on-going recently.

Mr. Ben Low who at his age of 34 years old recently, touched the f&b industry since year 2002 in food supplies at Johor initially joined Eddie’s Taste Bugs in the year 2012 in-charging more on operation, bodied up with Eddie and Mr. Sammco Sum successfully established their concept western cuisine “Greenet Bar & Restaurant” in end of year 2013 at Jalan Maju, Johor Bahru presenting not only their exotic menu but eco green dinning environment to their visitors.

In this glassy rooftop restaurant, the recommended by founder among menus will be their Forest Mushroom Soup before main course served, cooked mixed with wild mushroom topped with truffle oil brings the exotic taste in mouth must try.  Secondly will be their Baked Brie which served by glossy bake melted brie cheese with arugula, parmesan and crispy bread, top eatery when tipping crispy bread onto the hot melted cheese.  Others, the Roasted “Greenet” Crust Lamb Rack made from slow temperature roasted lamb rack with redcurrent port jus served with sweet potatoes and fresh veges will also one of the signature cannot missed when reached Johor.  Moreover, at dessert corner can go for their most wanted Bailey’s Misu which made mixed layered with bailey alcohol, Italian mascapone cheese, cream, sugar, sponge lady finger and expresso.  Nonetheless, for those who likes pasta must try their “Greenet” King Prawn Pasta using king size deep sea prawn served with cooked pasta mixed with their recipe green sauce.
